Strategic Client Growth Leader

As a Senior Account Manager for ServiceNow, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our largest enterprise accounts. This role requires strategic leadership, relationship management, and sales expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow assigned accounts
- Manage executive-level relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in client management, account strategy, and sales leadership. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing complex client relationships, and driving revenue growth is essential.
You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of IT service management, HR, security operations, customer service, and IT operations management
- Experience working with virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to travel up to 50% (dependent on geography/region)
ServiceNow offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
