Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.

  • Lead a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives and provide guidance and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
