    • Work with retailers to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Digital Media and Website Management
    • Assist in maintaining and implementing digital media programs and website content.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for digital marketing and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Sponsorship and Ancillary Income
    • Work with the Marketing Manager to identify sponsorship and ancillary income opportunities.
    • Develop and present sponsorship packages to prospects.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assist in reviewing monthly sales reports to track key retailer and category trends.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Community Involvement
    • Establish partnerships with tenants to maximize individual store sales through retailer communication and visual merchandising.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining an appropriate level of involvement in community activities representing the property and JLL.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and other team members.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Some college or college degree.
    • 1 year of relevant experience in retail, marketing, advertising, or a comparable business field.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to learn employer-specific web-based software systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Special events coordination and management experience.
    • Math and organizational skills.
    • Computer and digital media skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to walk the property up to several times per day.
    • Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
