  • Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with carriers to resolve issues with late or lost packages, and handle insurance claims for damaged shipments.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of UPS and FedEx logistics to streamline our shipping processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with team members and external partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics and supply chain management is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in order tracking software and systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Education: A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
