Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address resident needs.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring, with multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
