Qualifications for the Lead Culinary Operations Manager:

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • 4 years of leadership experience
  • 2 years of experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
  • Preferred college degree in a relevant field
  • Flexible availability and capability to lift and transport items
