Role: Registered Nurse
Shift: Nights - Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with a Nursing Assistant to manage a defined patient caseload. Your role will be pivotal in guiding patients towards their personalized care objectives.
- Facilitating patient admissions and transfers.
- Conducting initial and ongoing comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Ensuring precise and timely documentation through EPIC.
- Analyzing assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
- Accurately transcribing and processing medical orders.
- Fostering a culture of continuous quality enhancement.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Valid State RN License.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or active enrollment in a BSN program.
- Prior clinical experience is advantageous.
