Job Responsibilities

Lead Our Team

The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in their restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Champion a culture of exceptional guest service, leading by example and inspiring your team.
  2. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation to guest interactions.
  3. Set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  4. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls.
  5. Mentor, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team of team members.
  6. Create and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
  8. Collaborate with regional and corporate management to uphold brand standards.
