Employment Terms: If selected, the employee will be engaged in an at-will capacity, with Aramark retaining the right to adjust base salary and other compensation elements at any time and for any reason, including individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management and supervisors with shift start and end procedures, including sign-in and equipment management.
- Support shift operations by preparing and delivering necessary supplies to meet employee needs.
- Conduct assessments of public restrooms and on-call rooms as required.
- Ensure adherence to departmental sanitation protocols.
- Report any employee-related issues, including safety concerns and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee staff assignments to guarantee efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
- Develop action plans to address inefficiencies and quality issues.
- Facilitate employee training, coaching, and motivation.
- Maintain accurate records for quality control purposes.
- Follow established systems and training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with all relevant OSHA regulations and other local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Aramark's operational standards and client agreements.
- Maintain all necessary records and reports to meet Aramark, governmental, and accrediting agency standards.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in environmental services.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Capability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Fundamental knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions, with the ability to work independently after training.
- Maintain a friendly and efficient service attitude towards customers, colleagues, and clients.
