Job Summary

TEKsystems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Coordinator to join our team in Boulder, CO.

This is a 40-hour, Monday-Friday opportunity that requires a valid driver's license and the ability to perform 1-2 deliveries in a company vehicle on-site, per day.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process all incoming mail, packages, and freight shipments, maintaining accurate logs and records.
  • Coordinate the distribution of outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Manage the receipt and processing of large pallets, boxes, and special deliveries, adhering to building manager protocols and security standards.
  • Deliver packages between sites, maintaining pristine condition and ensuring the company van is well-maintained.
  • Process and inventory all deliveries into the Client's internal Beartracks system, ensuring compliance with SRM Standards and operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the SRM Team to implement solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment, adhering to Environmental Health and Safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
