In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Surveying Team, executing field and office work, preparing surveying plans, ROW plans, stakeouts, easements, among others. You will also be responsible for preparing proposals, managing clients, monitoring team performance, and evaluating equipment.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced surveyor looking to take on a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying and Topography
  • 10 or more years of experience in surveying
  • Professional Land Surveyor License
  • Surveyor with experience in transportation/highway construction projects in Puerto Rico
  • Familiarized with the PRHTA requirements for surveying and for preparing land acquisition plans (per Design Directives)
