CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveying Manager to lead our Surveying Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in surveying and hold a Professional Land Surveyor License. In this role, you will be responsible for executing field and office work, preparing surveying plans, ROW plans, stakeouts, easements, among others.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage clients (internal and external) and continuously monitor team performance and finance KPI. You will also be responsible for evaluating equipment and coordinating maintenance and equipment acquisition, as well as developing a business plan for the Surveying Unit.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced surveyor looking to take on a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying and Topography
  • 10 or more years of experience in surveying
  • Professional Land Surveyor License
  • Surveyor with experience in transportation/highway construction projects in Puerto Rico
  • Familiarized with the PRHTA requirements for surveying and for preparing land acquisition plans (per Design Directives)
