HR4ALL is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our team. This office-based role may involve occasional site visits, but it does not entail field surveying duties.

Estimated Salary: $112,250 - 147,500 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled mapping specialist to prepare and process subdivision maps, records of survey, ALTA surveys, lot line adjustments, legal descriptions, condominium plans, and other related subdivision/survey matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in land boundary and titles, with a strong understanding of complex mapping or engineering problems. They must be licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of California and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, oversee, and process subdivision maps, records of survey, ALTA surveys, lot line adjustments, legal descriptions, condominium plans, and other related subdivision/survey matters.
  • Monitor budgets, schedule, and coordinate with engineering project managers.
  • Prepare project approaches, set up, and execute mapping tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in general survey and mapping education or any combination of college and design experience in land boundary and titles.
  • Up to six years of experience in land boundary and titles or more, with a minimum of two years independently solving complex mapping or engineering problems.
  • Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of California.
