About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Architect to join our team at Slalom. As a Workday Integrations Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday integrations across various domains, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop integrated solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, RaaS reports, and the Workday Public API will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for educating clients on general Workday concepts, including business process design, security, authentication, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Workday integrations across various domains
  • Develop, test, and document Workday integrations
  • Collaborate with Workday functional team members to translate business requirements into integrated solutions
  • Educate clients on general Workday concepts
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of new capabilities within the Workday Global practice and across Slalom
Requirements
  • Experience developing application integration solutions using Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, RaaS reports, and the Workday Public API
  • High level of proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Workday calculated fields
  • Certification in Workday Integrations Core, Workday Studio, and Workday Financials
  • Desired certification and experience in one or more of the following: Workday Prism, Extend, CCTPP, Orchestration, Adaptive Insights Integrations, Workday reporting, BIRT
