As a key player in Anaplan's growth, you will support our Global Presales Team in two ways: 1) Driving Revenue and 2) Enhancing Presales Productivity and Scalability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building domain-specific models in Anaplan, collaborating with presales and solution development teams. You will leverage domain knowledge and technical skills to create complex proof-of-concept models tailored to solve prospects' pain points.

  • Build domain and industry-specific models in Anaplan, working closely with the presales and solution development teams.
  • Leverage domain knowledge and technical expertise to develop and advise on complex proof-of-concept models addressing prospect challenges.
  • Develop model architecture design principles, list hierarchies, action/process automation best practices, and model optimization techniques.
  • Advise on the broader Anaplan Connected Planning ecosystem, explaining how data hubs and other models facilitate data movement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for new Anaplan functionality, such as Polaris, Plan IQ, Optimizer, Workflow, and Cloudworks.
  • Respond to functional and technical questions on prospect RFPs, illustrating how Anaplan works and its value proposition.
  • Prepare models with prospect or customer data for workshops.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Anaplan product features and assist in developing training materials for the global presales team.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for future feature development to the product team.
  • Serve as an SME on integration technologies, including Cloudworks, Anaplan Connect, and APIs.
  • Lead Anaplan projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and project planning sessions.
  • Lead sprint reviews and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Collaborate with process experts in Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales lines of business and Solution Consultants to translate requirements into Anaplan models.
  • Provide technical guidance on model build direction to project teams.
  • Coach and train Presales COE Consultants.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, data science, or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical skills, enabling you to understand and solve complex business challenges.
  • Relevant experience: At least 5 years in finance, supply chain, and/or sales performance management, with an advanced understanding of business processes.
  • SAAS Implementation Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in several SAAS implementation projects as a developer and/or architect.
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to translate customer challenges into effective Anaplan solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong listening abilities.
