About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism, using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to promote comprehensive growth and development.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement individualized developmental plans, ensuring continuity of care and seamless family experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular insights on their child's progress and offering guidance rooted in best child care practices.
  • Engage in play-based routines, transforming everyday child care moments into opportunities for teaching and nurturing essential life skills.
Qualifications
  • Strong interest and prior experience in child care roles, such as daycare, nannying, or similar positions, or related educational experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building connections with young children and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals.
