Job Description

**Job Summary**

Desktop & Depot Support is seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Part-time Desktop Support Specialist in Middletown, New York. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing workstation software break-fix support, IMAC, image loads, asset recovery, asset tagging, printer support, and client center support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide workstation software break-fix support
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Moves, Adds, and Changes) tasks
  • Load images on workstations
  • Recover and dispose of assets
  • Tag and track assets
  • Provide printer support
  • Support client center operations
  • Update IT service management systems
  • Perform other duties as needed to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in desktop support is desired, but training will be provided for new hires
  • Knowledge of PC imaging and change management
  • Experience with incident management and using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Certified Dell Technician
  • Expertise in inventory control
