Job Overview

We are in search of proficient and experienced Maintenance Specialists for various opportunities in the residential sector.

The maintenance personnel will be tasked with addressing service requests, preparing vacant units, installing appliances, and executing other essential duties as part of a dynamic team. It is imperative that candidates possess their own hand tools and drill. Timeliness is crucial, and the hiring manager is seeking technicians who are skilled and ready to commence work promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
    • Plumbing - repairs for sinks, showers, and toilets, fixture replacements, and drain unclogging (snaking as necessary)
    • Electrical - fixture and switch replacements, adherence to safety protocols, and rewiring when required
    • Carpentry - patching walls, replacing doors and locks, installing cabinetry, and performing light painting tasks
    • Appliance Installation - assisting with the setup of washers and dryers, stoves (when applicable), garbage disposals, and minor repairs
  • Technicians should maintain a courteous demeanor with residents and set realistic expectations for job completion
  • Report any missing or required parts to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager as directed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in residential maintenance, including apartments, hotels, or private residences
  • Must possess personal hand tools and drill and bring them to the worksite daily; do not leave tools on the property
  • Reliable transportation is essential, along with a collaborative team spirit
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload
