Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Metro Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resource services to meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and manage the full cycle of hiring, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Workday administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data, benefits, and payroll information.
  • Employee relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Organizational development: Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues, and develop solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in a farm, dairy, or agriculture environment.
  • PHR/SHRM certification preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
