Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a patient-centric team, and assuming excellent quality of care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
  • Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental schools
Requirements
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
