Senior Client Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Specialist to join our team at U.S. Venture. As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting new client implementations, deep sell implementations, system transitions, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation of clients across all Breakthrough products within the FELIX platform, including Fuel Recovery, Capac-ID, Network Intelligence, and CleanMile.
- Manage and support day-to-day technical operations and system configurations.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Set, manage, and execute an implementation project plan as well as build and maintain relationships with project team members, internal and external.
- Design and implement system configurations within our platform, ensuring that client-specific settings and integrations are precisely executed.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for client implementation projects and internal platform enhancements.
- Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring that their first experience as a client, with Breakthrough, exemplifies distinguished value and service.
- Attend and contribute to all internal and external meetings, providing both technical and business leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Integration & Operations:
- Assist in the design of end-to-end technical integrations, including API, AS2, SFTP, and Cloud Storage Transfer, to ensure that Breakthrough connects seamlessly with all systems required to exchange data.
- Provide technical support for all integrations with clients, trading partners, and carriers.
- Ability to utilize Cloud technologies, including cloud storage, logging, and monitoring, to assist in the overall client implementation process.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Determine elements needed for each client configuration and set-up in the Breakthrough FELIX platform.
- Brainstorm solutions and transform requirements into detailed documentation of data flow diagrams and data mapping.
- Problem Solving:
- Ability to identify the client problem and work internally to build a solution that aligns with the company and platform vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally between internal and external business teams, project teams, and developers to ensure the successful completion of each implementation and project.
- Work closely with Client Solutions Architects to build and improve our external integrations through in-depth design work.
- Create and expand on centralized documentation for all external integrations and system processes.
- Assist in design, testing, and operationalization of new products and platform features.
- Manage the debugging and troubleshooting of specific client problems.
- Mentor and guide other Client Solution Specialists.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in both Information Technology and Transportation/Logistics.
- 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- 4+ years of experience in Transportation & Logistics.
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Prior experience in Cloud technologies is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2B and EDI integrations is a plus.
- Prior experience with SQL and Linux is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships throughout the organization, as well as with our clients.
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
- Persistent, active listening skills.
- Self-motivated/self-starter with a natural curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Proven ability to handle complexity (both technical and organizational).
