DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field, preferably with experience using Reynolds & Reynolds software. A high school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. The successful candidate will be computer literate, with experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as office equipment such as copiers and mail machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all invoices accurately and in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and execute payments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Process accounts payable reports to department heads.
  • Perform other accounting functions as required.
