We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Player Services Representative to join our team at Santa Claran Hotel & Casino. As a key member of our Player Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive gaming experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information about Player Services Rewards and promotions to guests.
  • Assist guests with transactions, including check cashing, cash advances, and sports book tickets.
  • Balance bank drawers and maintain accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process.
  • Maintain a high courtesy standard with all guests and follow all Departmental and Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Recruit new club members and maintain the availability of Player Services operational tools.
  • Report any discrepancies on the Player Tracking System and maintain confidentiality with player information.
  • Book SCDC amenities for VIP guests and assist with conflict resolution related to casino matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college courses in Banking and Finance or related area preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English fluently.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
