Job Title: Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Just 4 Kids Learning Center. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

About the Role:
  • This position involves leading by example, encouraging teaching team success through modeling and coaching.
  • You will be responsible for planning individual and group activities that actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing educational curriculum aligned with developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
  • Leading by example, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Maintaining effective communication with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Safeguarding children's health, safety, and well-being at all times.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as basic computer proficiency.
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
  • Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
  • An Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
