Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Test Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and validating material test methods, including documentation of test procedures and parameters.
  • Defining test method-related requirements for test equipment procurement.
  • Developing test procedures for emerging technology trends.
  • Supporting stakeholders on the selection of appropriate test methods, test equipment, and test parameter settings.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities across the global ContiTech laboratory network.
  • Advising on the interpretation of test results.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • An understanding of chemical, physical, and rheological test methods and test equipment.
  • Experience in testing/test method development or related fields.
  • Global project leadership experience.
  • Business-fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Effective communication and high intercultural sensitivity.
  • A passion for networking and sharing knowledge.
  • An openness to new working styles and processes.
