Salary

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Instructor who can help create a fun and safe environment where children ages 5 to 7 can explore basic coding and STEM activities. Instructors will be responsible for monitoring and teaching Code Ninjas JR (Junior) program.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive, safe, and fun environment in which students can grow
  • Learn and teach Code Ninjas' JR curriculum
  • Develop/modify STEM activities to support JR and camp curriculum

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with children ages 5 and up (1 year - Required)
  • Enthusiasm about working with kids; mentoring and teaching
  • Patient, kind, and understanding demeanor
  • Able to work well with others; collaborates and takes pride in their work
  • Upbeat and fun individual with a passion for technology and learning
  • Willingsness to learn basic coding and explore new technology
