About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Showing Agent to join our team at inMotion Group Properties. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate and eager to learn from the inside out.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting open houses, showing homes for senior buyer agents, and refining buyer criteria to select additional properties as necessary. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to ensure timely showings and smooth transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Focused: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly returning client calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency's standard of client service.
  • Property Research: Gather information about potential homes and local communities to answer buyer questions and identify properties that meet their needs and budgets.
  • Transaction Support: Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showing of homes, analyzing client needs, and interpreting today's real estate market.
  • Sales Performance: Work collaboratively with the team to generate business through open houses, community engagement, and referrals.
  • Licensing Requirements: Must obtain your Denver Real Estate license for employment; we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License: Reliable personal transportation is essential for this role.
  • Attitude and Appearance: Professionalism is key in this position.
  • Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with new programs and technologies is required.
