Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospital Pharmacist to enhance patient care and medication safety in our Philadelphia, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Accuracy: Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and safety, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Patient Safety: Assess patient history and potential drug interactions to prevent conflicts, prioritizing patient well-being.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain medication inventory with precision, ensuring efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
  • Expert Support: Provide drug information and supervise pharmacy students and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Collaborative Care: Partner with the healthcare team on patient care and discharge planning, promoting seamless and comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college (Required); PharmD preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (Preferred).
  • Certifications: PA Pharmacist License (Required); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred).
