Key Responsibilities:
- Review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Dispense medications in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide drug information support to healthcare team members
- Oversee the work of pharmacy students and technicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient care planning and discharge planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- PharmD degree (preferred)
- 1 year of experience working in a hospital or advanced pharmacy practice experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (preferred)
- PA Pharmacist License (required)
- BLS certification (preferred)
