We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients year-round.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in tax services.
- 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual tax returns and tax planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax scenarios.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
