Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations of property claims, including inspections and interviews with insureds and witnesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insureds, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.
- Make informed decisions regarding claim settlements and reserves, taking into account relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as underwriting and claims litigation, to ensure seamless claim handling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal claim handling.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
