Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage innovative thinking by contributing diverse ideas and viewpoints to enhance project outcomes and collaborative efforts.
  • Accurately document inventory counts using the HITS program, employing Excel or paper count sheets as directed by the Team Leader or Inventory Management.
  • Conduct thorough inventory counts to ensure all items are accounted for in accordance with established protocols.
  • Report any discrepancies in inventory to the Team Leader promptly.
  • Maintain proficiency in utilizing technology for capturing inventory data, including the HITS application.
  • Communicate regularly with the Team Leader regarding any challenges encountered with the HITS program or computer equipment.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and adjust inventory storage systems, including racks and shelving for supplies.
  • Organize and stock inventory shelves as instructed by supervisors and hospital staff.
  • Label and stage supplies appropriately, ensuring clarity and organization.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols as outlined in training and orientation.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on Field Operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams while managing projects.
  • Execute responsibilities in a timely manner, adhering to company policies to meet overall objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to meet the necessary standards for working in a healthcare environment, including background checks and medical requirements.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is preferred, along with reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software to update counts and generate reports.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • This role involves frequent travel across various locations.

  • Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical products.
  • One year of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is preferred.

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
