Northampton County Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Federal and Special Programs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing federal and special programs across the district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement and outcomes in Title I schools.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to teachers and school administrators in implementing MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and other federal programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of district-wide policies and procedures related to federal and special programs.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to identify and address the needs of students in Title I schools.
  • Develop and manage budgets for federal and special programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to federal and special programs.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers and school administrators on federal and special programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of federal and special programs.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in education administration or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience as a district administrator.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
