Talent Acquisition Specialist

New Perspective Senior Living LLC is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our friendly and caring HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that thoughtfully and effectively sources, evaluates, and selects highly qualified and diverse talent in achievement of annual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that meets the company's annual goals.
- Consult with and support hiring managers as a talent advisor, helping to identify talent needs and build out the professional recruitment hiring strategy.
- Help define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process that results in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Provide strategic talent acquisition support and counsel to business leaders and leadership teams, exhibiting high business acumen and providing expertise on workforce trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Cultivate positive relationships with candidates, driving for results, with a customer-centric focus on recruiting efforts, diversity initiatives, compensation, and status updates to all stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain New Perspective Senior Living's employer brand and promote the company's culture and reputation.
- Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with a consultative approach for further consideration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create viable pipelines of talent for current and future openings.
- Create and provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports and dashboards for our management team.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire processes to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to culturally-immersed and productive employee.
- Conduct training sessions and information workshops on a variety of recruitment topics.
- Work on additional cross-functional projects as part of the long-term strategy of building a best-in-class talent acquisition organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent field.
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring candidates for both professional and nursing positions.
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system; UKG preferred.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Strong candidate assessment skills.
- Competency and practice in various interview techniques.
- Experience building strong partnerships with hiring leaders with a consultative approach.
- Ability to screen candidates based on position requirements.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong orientation to continuous improvement, process, and customer service.
