Job Title: Dealership Financial Specialist

The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a skilled Dealership Financial Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accounts payable/receivables and backing up other positions in the office as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years prior Automotive Accounting, Deal Clerk, Title Clerk or equivalent Office Manager experience with proven leadership and coaching abilities and a desire to grow.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, dental, vision, accident, cancer, and life insurance for employee and family, short- and long-term disability plans, paid vacation, holidays, personal/sick days, 401K plan with employer match, and employee purchase discounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivables
  • Backup each position in the office and step in when needed
  • Follow and oversee title work, accounting, H/R, benefits, and automotive office functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years Automobile Dealership experience required
  • Extremely organized multi-tasking ability who can maintain focus and work in a high-pressure, busy environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written & verbal
  • Ability to manage others and work well under pressure
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software
  • Dealer Track knowledge is a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
