Position Summary

Proof of the Pudding is a distinguished catering service recognized across the Southeast, dedicated to crafting exceptional culinary experiences from the ground up. This commitment extends into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services, delivering enhanced concessions and premium selections to various events, including collegiate sports, professional tournaments, and more.

As the leading food service provider for all Premium/Suites Hospitality locations at Auburn University's Jordan-Hare Stadium, we are currently seeking a Prep Cook to support the culinary team in preparing for game day and executing catering services. This role will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all culinary operations at Jordan-Hare Stadium, encompassing suites, clubs, on-site catering, and events.
  • Ensure the execution of events and food service while upholding the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Produce consistent high-volume products.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all kitchen and food service areas.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative menu items that align with Proof of the Pudding's standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment and team morale within the kitchen.
  • Manage staff schedules and food production according to business demands and Executive Chef directives.
