Overview:


This role functions as a senior financial analyst, overseeing a range of fiscal responsibilities, including the creation and management of financial models, involvement in credit assessments and debt management, oversight of banking and investment partnerships, and the enhancement of financial processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and oversees financial models to project the organization’s cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
  • Engages in credit evaluation and debt management processes, ensuring compliance with financial agreements and assisting in the preparation of presentations for rating agencies.
  • Maintains and manages relationships with banks, investment firms, and other financial service providers.
  • Establishes treasury policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Handles accounting and financial reporting for various affiliated entities and joint ventures, ensuring accurate financial audits.
  • Coordinates the accounting for employee benefit plans, including retirement and compensation plans.
  • Implements enhancements to accounting systems to boost process efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Additional Information

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:

  • CPA certification is mandatory.
Professional Experience:

  • Two (2) years of accounting experience required with a Master’s degree.
  • Four (4) years of accounting experience required with a Bachelor’s degree.
Skills and Competencies:

Language Proficiency:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, and regulatory guidelines. Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence. Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from various stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions. Proficient in interpreting complex technical instructions and managing multiple variables.

Mathematical Proficiency:
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as statistics and probability to real-world scenarios.
