POSITION SUMMARY:

The role focuses on effectively identifying and evaluating healthcare professionals for Ingenovis Health's clientele by employing a consultative sales methodology. This position involves assisting with the placement of healthcare providers in various practice opportunities, including short-term, long-term, and permanent roles, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, recruit, assess, and facilitate the placement of healthcare providers with Ingenovis Health's clients through diverse strategies such as responding to inquiries from marketing initiatives, leveraging internal and external databases, conducting independent online research, attending medical specialty conferences, engaging in professional networking, cold calling, emailing, and more. Evaluate candidates while simultaneously promoting the benefits of locum tenens work, distinguishing Ingenovis Health as the preferred partner, and utilizing consultative selling techniques to align a provider's needs with the available opportunities. Inform providers about Ingenovis Health's offerings that can enhance their personal and professional aspirations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with providers to foster repeat business and referrals. Conduct initial quality assessments and guide providers through the application, credentialing review, and contracting processes. Collaborate with team members to negotiate assignment contract terms, including provider compensation, understanding billing rates, variable expenses, and their impact on assignment profitability. Set clear expectations with providers. Work within a team-oriented environment to identify daily business priorities and align personal recruiting efforts accordingly. Maintain communication and rapport with providers to develop tailored plans, consult on options, and keep them informed throughout the process. Design and implement marketing strategies to generate new business and support existing accounts. Actively participate in a performance-driven culture by understanding company and team profit margins, as well as personal and team revenue objectives, while recognizing the recruiter's role in achieving and surpassing these goals. Occasionally participate in after-hours call rotation. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Duties:

Assist with special projects as needed. Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Licensing/Certification:

An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a recruitment role is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning proprietary software. Willingness to cover interim staffing needs. Eagerness to expand knowledge of the locum tenens industry and stay updated on market trends and competitive dynamics through research and networking. Openness to participate in training and development opportunities, both internally and externally. Ability to cross-train and support any team member as needed. Competence in understanding and meeting outlined performance metrics. Capability to maintain a work schedule that allows effective communication with healthcare professionals via telephone. Aptitude for making critical decisions while adhering to company protocols. Attention to detail in project execution. Organizational skills and a systematic approach to task completion. Effective time management to organize and complete work within deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability to changes in the workplace. Commitment to performing work accurately and thoroughly.

Compensation Range

$45,000 - $56,200.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K with employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
