POSITION SUMMARY:
The role focuses on effectively identifying and qualifying healthcare professionals for Ingenovis Health's clientele through a consultative sales methodology. This position involves assisting with the placement of healthcare providers in various practice opportunities, both short-term and long-term, across the United States and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, qualify, and assist in placing healthcare providers with Ingenovis Health's clients through diverse methods such as responding to inquiries from marketing initiatives, leveraging internal and external databases, conducting independent online research, attending medical conferences, engaging in professional networking, and making cold calls. Assess candidates while simultaneously promoting the benefits of locum tenens work, distinguishing Ingenovis Health as the preferred partner, and employing consultative selling techniques to align a provider's preferences with available opportunities. Provide education to providers regarding Ingenovis Health's offerings that can enhance their personal and professional aspirations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with providers to foster repeat business and referrals. Conduct initial quality assessments and guide providers through the application, credentialing, and contracting processes. Collaborate with team members to negotiate contract terms, including provider compensation, while understanding the financial aspects that influence assignment profitability. Work within a team-oriented environment to prioritize daily business objectives and align personal recruiting efforts accordingly. Maintain effective communication and rapport with providers to develop tailored plans, consult on options, and keep them informed throughout the process. Design and implement marketing strategies to generate new business and support existing accounts. Actively participate in a performance-driven environment by understanding company and team profit margins, as well as personal and team revenue targets. Occasionally engage in after-hours call rotation as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.Non-Essential Duties:

Education/Licensing/Certification:
An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a recruitment role is preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning proprietary software. Willingness to cover interim staffing needs. Eagerness to enhance knowledge of the locum tenens sector and stay updated on market trends through research and networking. Openness to participate in training and development opportunities, both internally and externally. Ability to cross-train and support team members as necessary. Capability to understand and meet outlined performance metrics. Ability to maintain a work schedule that facilitates successful communication with healthcare professionals. Competence in making critical decisions while adhering to company policies. Attention to detail in project execution. Organizational skills and a systematic approach to task completion. Efficient use of time to meet deadlines. Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability to changes in the workplace. Compensation Range:
$45,000 - $56,200.00Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K with employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
