Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate design thinking sessions with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members.
  • Conduct user research through contextual inquiry, ethnography, field research, user interviews, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Transform user research into valuable assets such as affinity walls, journey maps, empathy maps, storyboards, and personas.
  • Communicate research strategies and insights to stakeholders who may not be familiar with UX principles.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product managers, developers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to fellow designers and team members.
  • Promote UX best practices within the team and across the organization.
  • Utilize UI development skills to implement and test design solutions, ensuring high-quality user interfaces.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX, product management, or a combination of both.
  • 2+ years of experience in user research.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilitating design thinking and ideation workshops.
  • Proficiency in UI development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
