You will facilitate discussions to understand source of data, establish system of record, and create current and future state data flows. Your leadership skills will be essential in leading design discussions, creating conceptual data models, logical data models, and data dictionaries. You will manage and maintain data models in Power Designer repository and define reporting strategies. You will perform data quality analysis, identify issues, and propose solutions to resolve them. You will guide product teams to create physical data model designs and data dictionaries, reviewing design adherence and ensuring standards, guidelines, and best practices are followed. You will consult and guide product teams through design and implementation. Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer science, information technology, or a technology-related field. 7+ years of Data Modeling experience with expertise in Relational and/or Dimensional Analysis. 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse database design. A deep understanding of data modeling principles and architecture concepts. Extensive experience designing databases supporting complex business processes. Experience in supporting database technologies - Oracle, DB2, Teradata, Hadoop, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Big Query. Hands-on experience on SAP Sybase Power Designer / ERWIN tool is ideal. Knowledge of Data Analytics, Google Cloud Technologies. Knowledge of MDM Concepts. Good to have experience in implementing MDM solution. Nice to have Salesforce and CRM experience. Ability to facilitate and lead design discussions, coordinate with multiple teams, and drive architecture decisions. Must be capable of successfully supporting multiple initiatives concurrently. Capable to work well individually and as a team member. Education:
Bachelor's Degree
