Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be passionate about working with children. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work with students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade, conducting evaluations, assessments, and providing individualized education plans (IEPs). The role requires collaboration with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports
  • Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
