Job Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills in students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports.
  • Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
