This position plays a crucial role in the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in multiple languages
