About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team at Green Bay Comprehensive Treatment Center. As a key member of our counseling team, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorder.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a social or health services field.
  • Prefer Bachelor's or Master's degree in a social or health services field.
  • Prior experience in an addiction recovery and/or medication-assisted treatment environment.
  • Licenses/Certifications: SACIT or eligible, with consideration for SAC, CSAC, LPC, LMFT, and LCSW.
