About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team in the Greater Atlanta Area. As a Dentist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to patients and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on oral health and provide personalized care.
  • Consult, diagnose, and plan treatment for patients in our removable prosthetic and implant-focused practice.
  • Work closely with our on-site lab to design dentures and partials for patients.
  • Lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to achieve their professional goals and contribute to the success of the practice.
  • Provide a variety of tooth replacement options to patients, including removable, fixed, and implant services.
Requirements
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Implant experience preferred but not required.
  • Surgical experience with complex cases highly preferred.
  • Compassionate and caring provider with excellent chairside manners.
  • A passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and uncapped monthly bonus. Additionally, we provide a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and supplemental insurance, 401k with a company match, and 24 days of paid time off per year.
