As an Emergency Medical Services Software Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Deep Client Engagement: Gain a thorough understanding of client requirements and demonstrate how our solutions can fulfill them.
  • Exceeding Expectations: Conduct outstanding online training sessions and consultations that surpass client needs.
  • Utilizing Industry Knowledge: Apply your EMS industry expertise to effectively convey the advantages of our software solutions.
  • Upholding Brand Values: Maintain the approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly identity that Ninth Brain embodies.

Core Responsibilities:

Client Training

  • Guide and Support: Facilitate a smooth and engaging training experience for new clients, ensuring they build confidence and expertise throughout.
  • Utilize Tools like CRM and JIRA: Employ CRM analytics to derive actionable insights into client behaviors and preferences. Manage tasks and project progress with accuracy using JIRA.

Client Relations

  • Delight Our Clients: Ensure that clients feel valued and inspired through their interactions with our team.
  • Help Desk Support: Participate in help desk rotations to address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring every client feels acknowledged.

Business Development

  • Represent NBS Professionally: Attend 1-4 industry-specific conferences annually, setting up booths, engaging with clients and prospects, and embracing the experience.
  • Build Industry Connections: Forge strong relationships with leaders in the EMS and healthcare sectors to leverage insights and opportunities.

Research, Development, & Maintenance

  • Conduct Webinars: Lead webinars on relevant industry topics, highlighting key features and benefits of our software to enhance client and prospect understanding.
  • Update Training Resources: Regularly refresh your training site with the latest materials, ensuring clients have access to current tools.
  • Contribute to Software Enhancement: Collect feedback from training sessions to identify areas for software improvement, aiding in development efforts.
