Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

Ninth Brain is a professional services firm that enables first responder organizations to focus on what's important: less on paperwork and more on saving lives. As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering software projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget.
  • Prepare business requirements, project plans, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and escalate project issues, and identify change order opportunities as needed.
  • Document and communicate project processes, decisions, risks, and status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and testing oversight through the QA process.
  • Groom the backlog and categorize sprints to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in software development project coordination or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
