Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the construction of post-frame buildings, including carpentry and framing tasks
  • Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Participate in quality control measures to ensure that our buildings meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with other crew members to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in building construction, carpentry, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and Class A CDL (desired but not required)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
  • Willingness to maintain and operate construction tools in a safe and proper manner
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and at various heights (up to 40 feet)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight travel
