About the Job

The ACLU seeks a talented Senior Organizing Manager to join our National Political Advocacy Department in New York, NY or Washington, DC. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week or 8 days per month in-office requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive organizing plans to drive concrete policy outcomes on specific campaigns.
  • Design and lead complex organizing campaigns from planning to execution on multiple campaigns at a time.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, affiliate staff, and national staff to advance policy and advocacy efforts.

This term-limited position reports to the Deputy National Organizing Director and ends on September 30th, 2025. It is part of a collective bargaining unit represented by ACLU Staff United (ASU).
